What if I can't find the network I had previously created?
If you cannot see a network that you previously created, the most common cause is that you are viewing a different region in the IronWifi console. IronWifi operates across multiple geographic regions, and networks are region-specific. In the top right corner of the console, you will see a region selector where you can switch between regions or select the non-regional view.
Switch to the region where you originally created the network, or select the non-regional option to see all your networks and captive portals across all regions. If you still cannot locate your network after checking all regions, contact our support team for assistance.
