Why is the Splash Page not loading on my client device?

Several reasons - problem with DHCP, DNS, Walled Garden list on the network controller, or disabled Captive Network Assistant service on the client device.

Try to open the splash page on another computer that is already connected to the Internet. If the page is loading fine, the problem is probably with the Network controller settings or the client device.

Try to connect with a different device. If it connects without issue, the problem is probably with that specific device - try restarting it and reconnect to the network. You can also try to open page http://neverssl.com that should trigger redirect to the Splash page.
